These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between eae77 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (the "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the eae77 platform available at eae77.io.

By accessing the eae77 platform — whether by registering an account, browsing the game lobby, placing a bet, or making a deposit — you accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions.

eae77 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement should be read together with the eae77 Privacy Policy and the eae77 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and eae77.

To be eligible to open an eae77 account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eae77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders and does not permit access to players under this age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other individual, business entity, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any person employed by eae77 or its associated service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the eae77 platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily by eae77 following a breach of these terms.

eae77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued by a player who is found to be under 21 years of age will be forfeited, and the deposited principal will be returned.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the eae77 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address within Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account profile promptly or notify eae77 support at [email protected].

Your eae77 account login credentials — including your username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not disclose them to any other person. eae77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact eae77 support immediately.

eae77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings held within it to any third party.

All financial transactions on the eae77 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eae77 supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are processed in real time and credited to your eae77 account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. eae77 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the eae77 payments team within 30 minutes to 3 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available working cycle. eae77 reserves the right to verify account identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a BDT payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity details on your eae77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before a withdrawal is approved, eae77 may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a valid national identity document.

eae77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, eae77 will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to Clause 5 for full details of bonus withdrawal conditions.

eae77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games, and crash games may each carry a different contribution percentage, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, eae77 does not permit stacking of bonus offers. Only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time.
• Abuse prevention: eae77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close an account, where it determines that a player is engaged in systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds primarily on low-risk arbitrage bets, or engaging in other conduct that eae77 deems abusive at its sole discretion.

eae77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer prior to modification will not be affected by any change to that specific offer's terms.

All sports bets placed on the eae77 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. eae77's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football (Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, Bangladesh Premier League football), and a range of other international sporting events.

Bet placement: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a clear confirmation from the eae77 platform. Bets placed during system outages, connection interruptions, or market suspensions may be voided at eae77's discretion.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, eae77's decision — based on available official sources — shall be final.

Void bets: eae77 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or manifest pricing error; (b) the event was cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement conditions were met; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns associated with the event.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and will be displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. Payout limits per event and per day also apply and are displayed in the relevant betting markets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eae77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading account registration information
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or credit card without authorisation
• Attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Using the eae77 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial purpose
• Engaging in collusion with other players, especially in peer-to-peer formats
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the eae77 platform software or infrastructure

eae77 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, eae77 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation.

eae77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Chargebacks initiated by the player's payment provider
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure)

Upon legitimate account closure at the player's request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered BDT payment account within 5 to 10 business days.

Where an account is closed by eae77 due to a breach of these terms, eae77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. All content on the eae77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of eae77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the eae77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any eae77 content; create derivative works from the platform or its content; use any eae77 branding, logos, or trade marks without prior written permission; or scrape, crawl, or data-mine any part of the platform for commercial purposes.

The eae77 name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary trade marks of eae77. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eae77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other intangible losses.

eae77 does not warrant that: (a) the platform will operate without interruption or error; (b) any defects in the platform will be corrected; (c) the platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the platform will meet your expectations.

In any event, eae77's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit eae77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

eae77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the eae77 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eae77 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and eae77 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the platform.

eae77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary to deliver the eae77 service and comply with applicable legal obligations.

eae77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all eae77 account holders:

For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law), eae77 may update the terms without advance notice. The "Effective" date shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the eae77 platform following the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting eae77 support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. eae77 operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market and strives to ensure that all platform terms, procedures, and player communications are accessible, clear, and fair.

Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your eae77 account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other platform matter, you should contact eae77 support in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of the matter. eae77 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with eae77 support, the matter may be escalated through eae77's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available on request from the support team.

eae77's decision on matters of bet settlement, account status, bonus eligibility, and platform access shall be final, subject to the formal complaints process described above. eae77 acts in good faith and in accordance with these terms in making all such decisions.
